At Discount Snow Gear (a trading name of Kin Supply Pty Ltd, ABN 13 690 901 949), we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your options for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what it's meant to do, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL, regardless of any policy set out below.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of your order, provided the item is:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a return shipping cost, which is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@discountsnowgear.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the ACL.
How to Start a Return
Email info@discountsnowgear.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on items that have been worn, used, or show signs of damage not present on arrival, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
