Welcome to Discount Snow Gear ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name of Kin Supply Pty Ltd (ABN 13 690 901 949). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of discountsnowgear.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Discount Snow Gear sells discounted snow sports gear direct to customers in Australia, cutting out traditional marketing and distribution mark-ups to offer lower prices. We are a trading name of Kin Supply Pty Ltd (ABN 13 690 901 949), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any order affected by that error, and will notify you and provide a full refund if payment has already been taken.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display or manufacturing batch differences.
We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or update stock availability at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability).
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined at checkout and on our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the consumer guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL.

For change-of-mind returns (where a product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging), please contact us within 14 days from the date of your order. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking or return shipping cost, which will be communicated to you before any return is processed.

7. Warranty

Products sold on this Site may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Details of any applicable manufacturer warranty will be provided on request.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Discount Snow Gear / Kin Supply Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discount Snow Gear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in this clause limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
